karenKaren Noble has partnered with Fortune 500 clients, many global, for more than 20 years.  Throughout a career which has included years working inside a major U.S. corporation and as an external consultant, Ms. Noble’s consistent focus has been to optimize performance by assessing and changing individual, team and organizational dynamics. 

Ms. Noble has led a wide spectrum of client projects on five continents, from highly customized, “boutique” interventions for specific leaders, teams, and divisions to corporate-wide, global initiatives. 

In delivering this work, Ms. Noble has interviewed and trained hundreds of executives and thousands of managers and employees. She has performed needs analyses, developed policies, created web and in-class trainings for managers, employees and Human Resources, conducted executive briefings and strategic problem-solving sessions, coached executives and managers, and advised on communication strategy development. 

Ms. Noble’s unmatched global experience executing culture change initiatives to enhance results-driven flexible work practices led her to create Dynamic Work™, an innovative approach to ensuring productivity in the face of constant change, though agile people and work practices.

  Experience and Certification  
 

Ms. Noble was director of a 2002 national study of off-site work, and author of a seminal article on building flexible work cultures that appeared in the May, 2007, edition of WorkSpan Magazine. A member of the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation’s Who’s Who in Work and Family roster of national work-life experts, Ms. Noble is also on the Department of Labor, Women’s Bureau, list of women entrepreneurs. 

A speaker at conferences, on radio, and on television, Ms. Noble has been quoted in numerous publications, including the Boston Globe, the Chicago Tribune, the Los Angeles Times, and the Wall Street Journal

Previously, Ms. Noble held positions as Senior Consultant and Flexibility Practice Leader at WFD Consulting and as Senior Internal Diversity Consultant at the legacy Bank Boston (now Bank of America). 

Ms. Noble holds an undergraduate degree, with honors, and a graduate degree from Smith College.  Additionally, Karen holds post-graduate credentials and a professional license as a coach/counselor.
